Refund Policy

Return Policy for Gym Glow:

Our return policy lasts for 20 days. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging and with the tag intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as when the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or when it is returned more than 20 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven't received a refund yet, we suggest checking your bank account first, then contacting your credit card company, and finally, your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email and send your item to our specified address.

The shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item worth over $40, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
